OK. This is getting really weird.
Obama bowed to Tampa’s mayor this week.

At least it wasn’t a full waiter’s bow.

First the media hacks were bowing to Obama. Now Obama is bowing to dictators, emperors and the Tampa mayor. This is getting weird.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad announced today that the killer regime will deliver a harsh blow to global community on February 11.
Iran Press TV reported:

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says the nation will deliver a harsh blow to the “global arrogance” on this year’s anniversary of the Islamic Revolution.

“The Islamic Revolution opened a window to liberty for the human race, which was trapped in the dead ends of materialism,” Ahmadinejad said during a cabinet meeting on Sunday.

“If the Islamic Revolution had not occurred, liberalism and Marxism would have crushed all human dignity in their power-seeking and money-grubbing claws. Nothing would have remained of human and spiritual principles,” he added.

Ahmadinejad said that in the three decades of its history, the Islamic Revolution had inspired some great developments in the world.

The Iranian president made the remarks as the 31st anniversary of the Islamic Revolution approaches.

The grassroots effort experienced during the Scott Brown election in Massachusetts has caused some to say that what the Republicans need to reclaim Washington in 2010 is to have a number of Scott Brown's throughout the country. Meaning, with Scott Brown's election, people from all over the U.S. have taken their hard working money, which is especially true in this economy, and donated it to the Scott Brown campaign whether they lived in Massachusetts or not. They did this because they believe in a less corrupt and more limited and accountable government. Well, one name that can be added to that very short list is Adam Andrzejewski who is running in the Illinois state primaries for governor. Though some other Republican candidates in Illinois have tried to give lip service to the Tea Parties in order to connect themselves with them, Andrzejewski is the only one that comes to the governor's race with, as he put it, "no political baggage."

I had the chance to attend one of his campaign rallies in O'Fallon, Illinois at the Hilton on Sunday, Jan. 31st and I must say I was greatly impressed by his candor and energy in facing the over spending and corruption that clearly infects the state of Illinois. I was a bit apprehensive when I heard him say he would not raise taxes for the state of Illinois, especially since many of us remember words like those coming from Bush #41. However, considering the monumental over spending that exists in the former home of President Obama, along with the potential money that could be raised by a great deal of spending cuts, I believe Andrzejewski could actually do it. With his school district accountability program which posted the check registers online of over $1 billion detailing the spending of taxpayer money, he definitely seems like the right man for the job...and so do many others.

I spoke with John Hagen from Andrzejewski's campaign and he said that an easy majority of Adam Andrzejewski campaign contributions come from donations under $5,000 from all across the country. Remind you of another campaign? John also continued to inform me that many people throughout the state of Illinois have also bought ad space in their own local newspapers to show their support as a way to donate to the campaign. In addition, many Illinoisans have organized their own mass mailings to get the word out about Adam Andrzejewski.

One person who I credit to informing me of the Andrzejewski energy is St. Louis Tea Party co-founder Bill Hennessey. He has a number of fantastic and informative posts on the growing success and energy of the 'Adam Bomb' about to hit Illinois.
For example, as Bill has put it, "Adam's numbers have soared just in the last 24 hours."

Adam Andrzejewski continues to surge in his race to win the GOP nomination for governor of IllinoisRace42010 shows how much attention the campaign has drawn:

The big number here is 98%.  Ninety-eight percent of additional web traffic on this race is going to Andrzejewski.  Two percent is going to McKenna.  Every other candidate is LOSING the interest of the voters.
Adam has a ways to go, but he seems to peaking at exactly the perfect time. Assuming his base is the most energized, he could disappoint some GOP party regulars and some faux tea partiers on Tuesday.

The Andrzejewski campaign has also not let technology and the use of the internet pass them by with a number of video clips which I have found on Youtube. I found a number of clips from his commercials, debates, press questions, Tea Party involvements, and my favorite the "There is a Tax For That" campaign ad.

Illinois state primaries are coming up fast, Tuesday, Feb. 2nd so I invite you to take a hard look at all the candidates as well as Adam Andrzejewski. It is clear that the Obama Administration and other politicians can't seem to wake up from their Tax & Spend slumber, maybe it will take an "Adam Bomb."

Jim Hoft of Gateway Pundit was also at the rally and did a great article and video interview with Adam Andrzejewski.

The White House says they are one vote away from ramming Obamacare through Congress.
The radical democrats didn’t learn a thing from the Virginia gubernatorial election. The radicals didn’t learn a thing from the New Jersey gubernatorial election. The radicals didn’t learn a thing from the Massachusetts election for US senator. They’re going to ram Obamacare through Congress no-matter-what.

And, Robert Gibbs still insists that Scott Brown’s win in Massachusetts is a referendum on Barack Obama’s radical policies.

Last week we showed you how the FiredUp Missouri blog manipulates the media.  Spokesman for the Carnahan campaign or the Missouri Democratic Party forward releases to the press, and when reporters write about the stories, FiredUp links to the reporter, pretending they are reading the news, rather than driving it.

Every political reporter in Missouri knows how this works.  But let's not stop there. FiredUp also posts news from sources outside of Missouri - usually progressive blogs that write about Missouri news.  In two more examples of how FiredUp Missouri is actually a press organ for Robin Carnahan's Senate campaign, I want to show you how stories attributed to outside sources are posted on the FiredUp blog prior to the alleged source writing the story.

Bluntad420

First we have the League of Conservation Voter's ads that ran in April of 2009.  The ads were uploaded to YouTube shortly after Mindy Mazur left America Votes to run Carnahan's campaign, and while Paula Hodges, formerly of the SecState was the political director for the Missouri chapter of America Votes.

FiredUpMissouri ran this post on April 20, 2009 at 8:39 a.m., announcing the LCV ad campaign.  In the post, they claim they got the story from TPM, which is talking points memo.

They link the story with a (h/t to TPM) just under the YouTube video.  H/T is a blog expression for hattip.  It means you got the story from someone else, and are giving them credit with a tip of the hat.

There's just one problem.

TPMLCV

Talking Points Memo didn't run the story until 9:55 a.m., which even if you give them an hour for being on the East Coast, is still posting after FiredUp.  If FUM didn't get the story from TPMDC, who did they get it from? Heck, The LCV's own blog ActGreen didn't post the story until late in the day, 2:41 p.m., to be exact. How did FUM get early wind of the story?  Are we supposed to believe that FiredUp can now predict the future?

While we're at it, let's take a look at which author was responsible.  It's General Content, who we reported last year was none other than Jeff Mazur, Nixon aide and husband to Mindy Mazur.  Did Jeff post information to the FiredUp blog because he had advance notice of the attack ads?  It certainly seems so.

That's not the only time this happened.

TP_FUM_future

On June 18, 2009, the General Content author ran another story where they give credit to another site prior to the other site posting. The post title is: New report: Clean Energy Economy will create 1.7 Million Jobs.  The post time is 9:24 a.m.  The post ends with via Think Progress, which means the General Content author got the post via the Think Progress link.

You already know how this ends.

TP_futureThe Think Progress link shows the post was made at 11:29 a.m. that day, once again far in advance of the post they claim they got the story from.  And once again, we're talking about energy.

How exactly does this keep happening?  Is FiredUp prescient?  Do they have the all seeing Carnac the Magnificent working for them? Or could it be that FiredUp, specifically Jeff Mazur is being fed information from another source that helps direct the progressive narrative, and in being sloppy, jumps the gun on their posts?

However you look at it, we know this - the League of Conservation Voters, in coordination with several other allies, targeted Roy Blunt in 2009 with over $750,000 in ads focused on his Senate campaign.  While Robin Carnahan is out pretending she's underfunded in this race, when you add in her third party coordinated attacks, she's wildly outspent Blunt.

I forgot I had this, but I want to show you a screenshot of my sitemeter from November.  I had just made a silly video about Patricia Redington's office failing to file charges, and in it I dropped more than a few inside baseball hints about what was happening and who could bring pressure on Redington should she continue to ignore Kenneth's attack.

A few days later, the KMOX story broke, asking why no charges had been filed - and on November 24th, the day before Thanksgiving - all six people arrested the night of Carnahan's townhall were charged.  It's always been my opinion that the KMOX story is what drove the timeline.  That and the fact that the counselor's office was hoping no one would pay attention before a 4 day holiday.  But after looking at the sitemeter, I'm pretty sure it was my brilliant animation.  Check out the stlouisco.com address.  Keep in mind that the time is after page clicks.  Anything over 0:00 means someone was flipping through the site.

StlouiscoSM

Of course, now everyone and their brother is playing with xtranormal, but you folks need to remember who was the pioneer.  And yes, there was the document Dana put out, showing that Redington's office acted within two days when she had the chance to press ludicrous assault charges against a Republican candidate for Congress.  I guess that could have some impact - seeing as it showed people that Redington's office could move fast when told to.

That's the real scandal here.  It's not that Redington's office did anything illegal - it's that they never treated a political beating as being of any importance.  That's a very dangerous thing to do - when citizens think the legal system is set only to favor those in power, their reaction throughout history is to take care of themselves.

Luckily, cooler heads prevailed, and cooler temperatures prevailed.  We switched tactics to avoid these confrontations, but keep in mind that Patricia Redington treated the attack of a man no different than a slap.  The medical records of Gladney showing bruises and contusions on his body exist.  I hear from the RFT that D'Agrosa plans to plead not guilty take his clients to a jury trial. Extending the timeline helps the defendant's case.  When they finally get to trial, it will be over a year since the assault took place.

We have County Counselor Patricia Redington and County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch to thank for that.  If either of them had decided this was a serious case, they could have pushed the timeline forward.

Both decided to let someone else handle it.  Both deserve to lose their jobs.  And both are going to have this incident remembered by the local Tea Party as long as they are in office.

Adam Andrzejewski spoke today in O’Fallon, Illinois. During his stop here in Western Illinois Andrzejewski spoke about the challenges that faced Lech Walesa in defeating the communist government in Poland. He told the standing room only crowd today that, like Lech Walesa and his Solidarity movement, he will help bring principles and values back to Illinois government.
…And Illinois certainly needs it.

“Those values of regular people need to go to Springfield and reform Springfield.”

Lech Walesa endorsed Adam Andrzejewski on Friday for Governor of Illinois.

In the final days of this primary campaign Adam Andrzejewski is surging in the polls. He has closed the gap from 9 points down to 2 points in the last 5 days with two days to go before the primary election.

More: I met with Adam today before his rally in O’Fallon and have to say that he was one of the nicest guys I have ever met in politics. He was a very successful businessman before he decided to run for governor and I believe he would be an incredible leader for Illinois.

Here’s a glimpse into the future under your Pelosi-Obama-Reid health care plan…
500,000 hospital patients sent home too soon every year (and 1,500 a day readmitted for emergency care)
The Daily Mail reported:

More than 500,000 patients every year are readmitted to hospital after apparently being sent home too soon, alarming figures reveal.

Labour’s waiting-time targets have been blamed for the 50 per cent rise in emergency readmissions of patients within days of them being discharged.

Critics said it was a scandal that almost 1,500 a day were apparently being released before they are well enough, harming their recovery.

They say the targets put pressure on hospitals to discharge people early to free up beds and have turned the NHS into a ‘revolving door’.

Elderly patients are particularly vulnerable if they are sent home too soon, charities warned. There are also fears hospitals are trying to cash in from being paid twice to treat the same patient.

And, yet Obama says your “fearmongering” for pointing out these obvious flaws of nationalized health care.
